Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of architects, engineers, and data scientists.
- R&D Oversight: Manage research and development initiatives, ensuring a pipeline of innovative solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all strategic initiatives adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic architecture role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and scalable system design.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
