Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for FutureScale 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term technological goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance engineering team focused on scalable AI architectures.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify emerging trends and integrate them into the 2026 product suite.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
