Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for direct-hire positions.
- Manage the entire recruitment pipeline from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pool using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct market research to identify salary benchmarks and competitive advantages.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Strong understanding of direct-hire placement models.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive weekly targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
