Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues by analyzing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Document all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to escalate issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere strictly to company scripts and policies.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
