Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure with a focus on cost-efficiency and security.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
- Monitor system performance and health using Prometheus and Grafana, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
- Enforce security best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA) within the DevOps lifecycle.
- Automate deployment processes to reduce manual errors and speed up time-to-market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Deep expertise in containerization technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience managing stateful applications and high-availability environments.
- Proven track record of implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in San Antonio, TX.
