Responsibilities
- Data Management: Clean, organize, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to support business decision-making.
- IT Support: Troubleshoot technical issues for staff, manage hardware/software installations, and maintain IT documentation.
- Reporting: Generate and present weekly performance reports to management using visualization tools like Tableau.
- System Maintenance: Monitor database integrity and assist in optimizing internal software systems for California operations.

Qualifications
