Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in designated warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE usage and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid government-issued photo ID and social security card for immediate onboarding
- Reliable transportation to our Nicollet Mall facility
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening (mandatory for all roles)
