Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory accuracy using scanning equipment and computer systems.
- Package and label items for shipment to ensure compliance with carrier standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety regulations are met.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) in accordance with safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
