Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure quality control and prevent damage.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Valid Driver’s License (not always required for floor roles, but good to have).
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
