Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and industrial equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor production lines to ensure quality standards are met and output targets are achieved.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve production issues.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and production metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
