Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in assisted living facilities
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient information
- Administer medications under supervision
- Collaborate with RNs and care team for coordinated care
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
- Respond to patient needs promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Current Michigan CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3-4 days/week)
- Valid Michigan driver's license (if transporting patients)
