Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Drive Sales Growth: Assist in identifying sales opportunities and promoting our services to new and existing clients.
- Maintain Records: Accurately log all interactions and transactions in our CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Process Orders: Handle order entry, verification, and shipping coordination to ensure timely delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Product Training: Quickly learn and master product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent (GED) required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic to intermediate computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays, with immediate start availability.
