Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently using our state-of-the-art CRM software.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while adhering to company scripts and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics regarding call volume and quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote/hybrid).
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
