Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon their arrival to the store.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies efficiently.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Identify and address customer needs to promote additional sales and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training for the right candidates.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are essential.
