- Document all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to escalate complex issues effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a willingness to learn new software.
- Reliable transportation and stable work history.
