Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and product details in a professional and timely manner.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments and verify inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems.
- Operate basic material handling equipment and ensure a safe, clean work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve delivery issues and optimize shipping routes.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before dispatch.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate digital documentation of all transactions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal software quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
