Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will ensure every customer has a memorable experience while maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
