Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with Nexus Horizon’s long-term business objectives and market trends.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Oversee the integration of Generative AI and automation tools to enhance product capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Architecture Oversight: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance technical infrastructure.
- Innovation Management: Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and agility.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or executive technology leadership roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), Microservices, and Modern Web Technologies (React, Node.js).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing technology roadmaps that drive business growth.
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of Machine Learning principles, NLP, and how to apply them to business problems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
