- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning R&D initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists to prototype next-generation solutions.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI) for integration into our product ecosystem.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key technology providers and academic institutions.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders and board members to secure buy-in for high-stakes investments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years in senior technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or executive strategy capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of turning visionary concepts into actionable, scalable business strategies.
