Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth environmental scanning and horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptions for the 2026 timeframe.
- Develop and articulate a compelling 2026 Strategic Vision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable business strategies.
- Monitor global markets to provide predictive insights on economic, social, and technological shifts.
- Communicate complex future scenarios to executive leadership and stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Studies, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, futures studies, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging trends to drive growth.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to inspire diverse teams.
