Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 5-10 year technology roadmap, with specific focus on the transition into 2026.
- Lead research and development in Generative AI v4.0, Quantum Computing, and Neuromorphic Engineering.
- Oversee the integration of autonomous systems into core business operations.
- Build and mentor high-performance engineering teams focused on scalability and future-proofing.
- Identify emerging tech trends and secure patents for proprietary technologies.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with long-term business goals.
- Establish security protocols for next-gen data environments.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or VP-level capacity.
- Deep technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Distributed Systems.
- Proven track record of leading successful innovation initiatives in high-tech sectors.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing architectures and their commercial application.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams across global time zones.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
