Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy roadmap through 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver next-generation AI solutions.
- Identify emerging trends in Generative AI and Autonomous Systems to drive competitive advantage.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Partner with executive leadership to communicate complex AI initiatives to stakeholders and investors.
- Oversee the integration of Quantum Computing principles into current AI architecture where applicable.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategy role.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI products that scale to millions of users.
- Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), neural networks, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
