Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI architectural strategy for Nexus Horizon leading up to 2026.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems for deep learning and generative AI models.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in research and development.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical vision with business goals.
- Mentor junior talent and establish best practices for AI ethics and governance.
- Oversee the integration of AI into legacy systems and new product lines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and artificial intelligence, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
