Responsibilities
- Design and implement LiDAR/camera fusion systems for Level 4 autonomy
- Develop real-time neural networks for object detection in dynamic environments
- Optimize edge computing platforms for on-vehicle AI processing
- Create safety-critical validation frameworks using simulation environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware-software integration
- Lead prototype testing in controlled and real-world scenarios
- Document technical specifications and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Masters/PhD in Robotics, Computer Vision, or related field
- 3+ years developing production-grade autonomous systems
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with C++ optimization
- Proficiency with ROS, CUDA, and sensor calibration workflows
- Experience with ISO 26262 functional safety standards
- Strong background in SLAM and path planning algorithms
- Published research in IEEE/ICCV conferences preferred
