Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Neural Networks: Design and implement scalable neural architectures capable of handling multi-modal data streams and real-time learning loops.
- AGI Readiness Roadmap: Define the technical strategy for integrating Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) components into enterprise workflows by Q2 2026.
- Synthetic Data Pipelines: Build robust frameworks for generating high-fidelity synthetic data to train models in regulated environments without compromising privacy.
- Post-Quantum Security: Integrate quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols into our AI model deployment pipelines.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for bias mitigation, transparency, and accountability in automated decision-making systems.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep Learning Expertise: 7+ years of experience designing and deploying state-of-the-art Deep Learning models (Transformers, GANs, Diffusion Models).
- Programming Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- System Design: Proven track record of architecting high-availability, low-latency distributed systems at scale.
- Quantum Computing Insight: Understanding of quantum computing fundamentals and experience with quantum software stacks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
