Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI systems integrating quantum computing and edge computing paradigms
- Lead development of ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 regulatory compliance
- Design neural network architectures for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to hybridize classical and quantum algorithms
- Implement zero-trust security protocols for distributed AI ecosystems
- Optimize AI performance across federated learning networks
- Develop carbon-efficient AI training methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 8+ years experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated systems
- Proven track record deploying production-grade AI systems at scale
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Experience with Kubernetes, TensorFlow, and PyTorch ecosystems
