Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI roadmaps targeting 2026 industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in building scalable ML pipelines and autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite to integrate AI strategy into corporate vision
- Research and implement ethical AI frameworks for responsible innovation
- Drive adoption of generative AI solutions for product enhancement
- Present strategic AI insights to stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor junior AI specialists while fostering innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud AI services
- Proven track record deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, governance, and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with generative AI models (GPT, Llama, etc.)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate tech to ROI
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field
