Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI roadmap integrating quantum computing paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams of AI researchers, engineers, and business strategists
- Develop partnerships with academic institutions and quantum hardware providers
- Oversee deployment of ethical AI frameworks across 15+ industry verticals
- Secure $5M+ in research grants and venture capital for experimental initiatives
- Present breakthrough innovations at Davos, TED, and IEEE conferences
- Mentor next-generation AI talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years leading AI initiatives with 3+ at executive level
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI integration
- Proven track record of scaling AI teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Expertise in federated learning and explainable AI frameworks
- Experience securing federal grants (NSF, DARPA, DOE)
- Deep understanding of AI ethics and regulatory landscapes post-2025
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
