- Lead enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives across 15+ departments
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring regulatory compliance
- Partner with product teams to embed predictive analytics in customer solutions
- Drive R&D investments in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor AI talent pipeline through university partnerships and internal programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy roles
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Proven track record scaling AI teams to 100+ members
- Expertise in MLOps frameworks and cloud-native AI infrastructure
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US frameworks)
- Portfolio of deployed AI products generating $50M+ annual revenue
