Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's AI strategy for 2026, aligning with business objectives and emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing AI solutions across product, operations, and customer experience domains
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to stay ahead of AI innovation trends
- Present strategic AI roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for major initiatives
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with evolving AI governance standards
- Develop KPIs to measure AI implementation success and ROI across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, with 5+ years in leadership roles at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Deep expertise in AI governance frameworks, including NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and ethical AI principles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year AI transformation strategies
- Strong technical background in AI/ML technologies with ability to translate complex concepts to business stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics or strategy in industry journals or major conferences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI Ethics, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
