Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural network optimization
- Develop novel algorithms for real-time data processing at petabyte scale
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design next-gen AI accelerators
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional innovation teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 5+ years of applied research in machine learning or quantum computing
- Published work in NeurIPS, ICML, or Nature Physics
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Proven track record of deploying production AI systems at scale
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and error correction
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation
