Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives for 2026-era AI systems, specializing in quantum machine learning and autonomous decision frameworks
- Develop novel neural architectures capable of processing multi-modal data streams at petabyte scale
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to optimize AI algorithms for next-gen hardware
- Author groundbreaking research papers for top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Translate theoretical models into production-ready systems with 99.99% reliability
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our patent portfolio targeting 2026 innovations
- Interface with government and industry partners to shape ethical AI standards for 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field with 5+ years industry research experience
- Published 10+ papers in AI/quantum computing venues with citation impact > 500
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, Cirq, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems at scale (10M+ user deployments)
- Deep knowledge of 2026-relevant technologies: neuromorphic computing, synthetic data generation, federated learning
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience securing $5M+ in research grants or venture funding for AI projects
