Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with 15+ citations
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or quantum-inspired algorithms
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainable AI
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100M+ parameter model deployment experience
- Ability to secure competitive research funding through NIH/NSF/DARPA grants
