Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and ethical algorithm development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy AI solutions
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and propose innovative research directions
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years of applied research experience in neural networks or reinforcement learning
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong publication record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent
- Proven ability to translate theoretical research into production systems
- Experience with large-scale dataset handling and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Demonstrated knowledge of AI ethics and bias mitigation techniques
