Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with transformer architectures and LLM optimization
- Proven track record of publishing at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 venues
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with distributed training frameworks
