Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Research and prototype neuromorphic computing solutions for edge deployment
- Architect secure federated learning systems across distributed quantum networks
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging quantum machine learning techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying production quantum algorithms at scale
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience leading technical teams through technology transitions
- Strong background in cryptographic protocols and cybersecurity principles
