Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune advanced machine learning models, specifically focusing on LLMs and generative AI architectures.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability for production deployment.
- Performance Optimization: Implement and optimize inference pipelines to ensure low-latency, high-throughput performance in real-world applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate research findings into practical, scalable solutions.
- Code Quality: Maintain high standards for code documentation, testing, and reproducibility within the research environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or software engineering with a strong focus on deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Deep understanding of neural networks, transformers, and optimization algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and derive data-driven insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
