Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-gen ML models using federated learning and quantum algorithms
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for bias mitigation and explainable AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying AI solutions across healthcare, finance, and climate tech sectors
- Optimize neural networks for edge computing and IoT ecosystems
- Research and prototype novel AI applications using 6G-enabled infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers in responsible AI development practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate AI capabilities into market-leading features
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks
- Proven track record deploying production-grade AI systems at scale
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning
