Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, with a focus on scalability and efficiency for 2026 infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines to improve latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model robustness, fairness, and safety.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest breakthroughs in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the AI department.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in building and deploying production-grade ML models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, specifically Transformers and LLMs.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as Kubernetes, MLflow, and Docker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
- Fluency in English is required for cross-functional collaboration.
