Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Lead end-to-end AI solution development from prototype to production deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms
- Research and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures (transformers, GANs, RL)
- Optimize model performance for scalability and real-time processing
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish research in top-tier conferences
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in AI/ML with proven experience in production-level systems
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and algorithm design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
- Published research or significant contributions to AI/ML projects
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business impact
- Track record of delivering AI solutions in regulated industries
- PhD or Master's in CS/ML/Mathematics preferred
