Responsibilities
- Design and implement the high-level architecture for AI workloads, ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and security for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead the migration of legacy infrastructure to edge-computing environments and decentralized networks.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to optimize model inference and training pipelines.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI governance and ethical machine learning.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI integration) and present roadmaps to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with distributed systems, message queues, and real-time data processing.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
