Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 AI strategic roadmap aligning with emerging societal and technological trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI applications for healthcare, climate, and education
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present findings to C-suite and key stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on joint research initiatives
- Drive ethical AI frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of advanced systems
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Computer Science, or Futurism with 5+ years applied research
- Published work in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum computing applications, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record translating theoretical research into commercial products
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical systems
- Experience with regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
