Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and neuro-integrated systems
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic trends to identify disruptive opportunities in biotech and climate tech
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and federal innovation councils
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen human augmentation technologies
- Build partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and EU Horizon Europe initiatives
- Author white papers on societal impact of 2026 technological inflection points
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Sciences, Cognitive Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and generative AI systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Experience securing $5M+ in federal/state innovation grants
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP-PESTLE, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio of implemented future-forecasting initiatives with measurable ROI
