- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic AI solutions (quantum AI, neural-symbolic systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year adoption cycles
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate technical feasibility of futuristic concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in future-tech foresight roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or AGI safety
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology transformation
- Strong track record of translating theoretical concepts into commercial applications
- Certified in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
