Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI/ML with 8+ years of applied research
- Proven track record in deploying production-level AI systems at scale
- Deep expertise in generative AI and neural architecture search
- Published work on future-of-work automation scenarios
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management
