Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biometric interfaces

- Analyze emerging tech trends (AGI, neural interfaces, sustainable AI) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI applications
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI research, innovation strategy, or futurism with portfolio of implemented future-tech concepts
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurology preferred
- Expertise in generative AI, machine learning architectures, and human-computer interaction
- Proven ability to translate abstract future scenarios into technical specifications
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
