Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 AI innovation roadmaps aligned with global tech trends and ethical frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling AI-driven solutions for future markets
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and disruptive threats/opportunities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI applications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight methodologies into product development
- Pioneer new methodologies for technology adoption forecasting and impact assessment
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, AI Ethics, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, AI product development, or technology innovation
- Expertise in emerging AI trends (AGI, quantum computing, neuro-symbolic systems)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research or thought leadership in technology ethics or innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/DF) preferred
