Responsibilities
- Develop AI roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, identifying emerging paradigms in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and generative AI
- Lead strategic workshops with C-suite executives to align AI investments with long-term business objectives
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of autonomous systems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen AI applications in healthcare, climate tech, and personalized education
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in Nature/AI journals
- Mentor junior futurists and build a cross-disciplinary innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years in AI research
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and explainable AI
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on digital transformation
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- Strong background in ethics frameworks (ACM, IEEE standards)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
