Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen neural interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through venture incubation
- Present future trends to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Computer Science, or Futurology
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record in scaling AI products to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with DARPA or similar government tech programs
