Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI applications (LLMs, autonomous systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption timelines
- Translate technical capabilities into strategic business frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for responsible implementation
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing infrastructure and data architectures
- Publish thought leadership on AI evolution and its societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic technology leadership
- Expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, and predictive analytics
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field preferred
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Publications in top-tier AI/tech journals or conferences strongly preferred
